Get the venue’s approval first. Cake service, outside food, candles and decorations may have specific rules or charges.

Can we celebrate in a hotel room?

Plan the gathering in an approved dining or event space. Guest rooms remain subject to occupancy, noise and hotel conduct policies.

Do overnight guests need separate reservations?

Yes. Hotel rooms and venue reservations are separate unless an agreement explicitly combines them. Groups needing ten or more rooms can request a room block.
