Can I book an entire venue?

Private-use options depend on the venue, date and event size. Request a proposal rather than assuming a normal reservation includes exclusive use.

What happens if the weather changes?

Confirm a weather plan before signing, including a suitable indoor space and when the decision will be made.

Are food, drinks and equipment included?

Inclusions are set by the event agreement. Request itemized catering, bar, staffing, equipment, taxes and service charges.

Can guests stay at the hotel?
