Incidental hold for the entire stay
A hold, not a nightly fee.
Required for room-only and package bookings. This temporary deposit covers incidentals and other charges. The hotel releases the unused authorization after checkout; your bank controls when funds become available.

Review the full total—not just the nightly room rate.
Check taxes, applicable fees, what’s already included, and any amount due at the hotel. Don’t add a fee twice if your rate already includes it.
The published $39.95 processing fee applies to applicable bookings made on or after May 1, 2026. Earlier reservations may have different charges. Your accepted rate and confirmation determine applicability.

- “Pay at the hotel” describes payment timing—not which benefits are included.
- A card authorization may cover your stay charges plus the incidental hold.
Is the Guest Club included with every room?
No. Room-only rates are available both directly and through third-party travel sites. The benefits on this page apply only to a selected rate or package that includes them. Room-only bookings still require the reservation processing charge and incidental deposit. Check your confirmation for inclusions, prepaid charges and any balance due.
Where do I use my dining and drink benefits?
Use the hotel selector above for a quick overview. Redemption venues vary by property; some benefits are at another CHC location. Ask your hotel for eligible venues and current service hours. Alcohol benefits require age 21+.
Taxes and gratuities are not included in benefit values unless stated. Unused daily benefits do not roll over unless your rate expressly allows it.
When does the incidental hold come back?
The hotel releases the unused authorization after checkout, subject to outstanding charges or damages. Your bank or card issuer controls the time it takes to restore access to those funds; it may not be immediate.
What if my plans change?
- Check your rate’s cancellation deadline and penalty.
- Nonrefundable rates can carry a full-reservation cancellation charge.
- For direct bookings, use Modify/Cancel in the booking engine.
- For a third-party booking, contact the company you booked through.
Are events and experiences included?
Only where your rate or package specifically says so. Events, reserved tables, activities and additional food or drinks may require a separate booking or payment. Check the event listing for availability, inclusions and price.
