No. An inclusive rate includes Private Guest Club access, while a room-only rate does not. Review the inclusions and fee payment details on your reservation. The front desk can help explain your booked rate.
Where can I use my dining and drink benefits?
A daily breakfast buffet for two ($70 value) is offered at Ambassador Gold Coast and Magnificent Mile. River North’s cocktail and dinner benefits are redeemed at Ambassador or Magnificent Mile because River North has no on-site bar or restaurant. Wrigleyville’s craft beer benefit is at Pilot Project Wrigleyville; its dinner credit is redeemed at Ambassador or Magnificent Mile.
Are early check-in and late check-out guaranteed?
Both are subject to availability. Ask your hotel to confirm availability for your arrival and departure dates.
What if I am under 21?
Alcoholic beverages are available only to guests 21 and older. Under the hotel’s Terms & Conditions, drink tickets for guests under 21 are valid for non-alcoholic beverages only. Ask your hotel about the beverage benefit for your reservation.
Can I purchase only part of the onsite package?
Optional onsite access must be purchased for the full duration of your stay. It is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be partially applied or prorated.
What if I booked through another travel company?
