Official Terms & Conditions

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Ambassador 100-Year Anniversary Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Ambassador Room / Ambassador Gold Coast (“Sponsor”).

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor, El Bandido Yankee, and any affiliated partners, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to enter or win.

 

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins upon publication of the official giveaway post and ends on Friday April 17 at 1:00 PM CST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible.

 

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following during the Giveaway Period:

  • Follow @ambassadorchicago on Instagram

  • Tag five (5) friends in the comments of the official giveaway post

Each eligible comment that tags five unique accounts counts as one entry. Tagged accounts must be real individuals. Duplicate tags, fake accounts, bots, or spam entries may be disqualified.

 

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Six (6) tickets to the Ambassador 100-Year Anniversary Celebration

  • One (1) VIP table

  • One (1) meet-and-greet with Chris Chelios

  • Two (2) bottles of El Bandido Yankee Tequila

  • One (1) complimentary room stay for the night at the Ambassador (valid for 12-months)

Approximate retail value of prize may vary. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize component with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be announced or contacted on Friday after 1:00 PM CST via Instagram direct message and/or comment reply from the official Sponsor account.

If the selected winner does not respond within 12 hours or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

 

6. Prize Conditions

Winner and guests must comply with all venue rules, event policies, age restrictions, and applicable laws. Valid government-issued ID may be required for entry, hotel check-in, alcohol-related prize fulfillment, and age verification.

Hotel stay is subject to availability, blackout dates, property rules, incidental hold requirements, and check-in policies. Alcohol prizes may only be awarded to individuals age 21+ and may be subject to additional restrictions under applicable law.

Meet-and-greet timing, format, and availability are subject to change based on talent schedule and event operations.

 

7. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, comments, and submitted content for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Terms & Conditions, or acting in a disruptive, fraudulent, or unsportsmanlike manner.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, El Bandido Yankee, Chris Chelios, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

 

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants understand they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

 

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
