We are opening and taking reservations for October 1, 2020. Our area restaurants and shops are open and following local and state ordinances to ensure safety of guests.

Travelers to Chicago entering or returning to Chicago from states experiencing a surge in new COVID-19 cases to quarantine for a 14-day period from the time of last contact within the identified state. Check here for more information.

Our properties are cleaned and sanitized daily as part of our routine business operations. In light of COVID-19, we have increased the frequency and extent of daily cleanings, including high touchpoint/traffic areas such as the front desk, and all areas have ample hygiene and sanitation supplies.

In addition to social distancing guidelines, we have implemented contactless mobile check-in and smartphone room keys. Masks must we worn in the lobby and any other indoor common areas​.

​

We have self-serve coffee and tea available for registered guests in our lobby from 7:00 am to 10:00 am daily.
