Wedding room rates and event proposals are related operationally but priced separately. Build a complete budget that includes accommodations, hospitality events and guest transportation.
Room-block rates depend on stay pattern, room count, room types, demand and contract terms. Ask whether the block is courtesy or contracted.
The current Ambassador Gold Coast package is $79.95 per room, per night, with defined benefits that can add value for eligible guests.
Welcome parties, rehearsal dinners and brunches are priced from the room, menu, bar, guest count, timing, service and production needs.
For applicable reservations made on or after May 1, 2026, a $39.95 per-room, per-night reservation processing fee is disclosed during checkout. Review room-block and event agreements independently.

How many rooms are needed for a wedding room block?
Group proposals generally begin at ten or more guest rooms. The sales team will review room count by night, preferred room types and the overall stay pattern.
Can guests book their own rooms within the block?
When applicable, guests receive booking instructions for the block. Cutoff dates, availability and reservation terms will be stated in the proposal or agreement.
Can we host welcome drinks at the hotel?
Potentially. Share the attendance, timing, service style and privacy needs so the event team can recommend available spaces.
Can we host a rehearsal dinner or brunch?
Yes, subject to date, space, guest count and food-and-beverage availability. Each event is quoted separately.
Should we arrange transportation?
Transportation depends on ceremony and reception locations. Even when events are nearby, review mobility needs, weather, parking, pickup points and late-night returns.
Can the couple or family reserve a suite?
Suite availability varies by date. Include VIP rooms, preparation needs and length of stay in the initial room-block request.
