Midnight Noir: Chicago’s Tallest Fashion-Forward Rooftop Lounge Opens April 3

Chicago’s nightlife scene is about to gain a striking new destination above the skyline. On April 3, 2026, Midnight Noir will officially debut atop The Chicago Hotel Collection Magnificent Mile, introducing a bold rooftop concept designed for fashion-forward nightlife, panoramic city views, and elevated after-dark experiences.

Perched high above Michigan Avenue, Midnight Noir blends luxury nightlife, music, fashion, and skyline views into a sophisticated rooftop lounge experience designed for both Chicago locals and visitors.


Unlike traditional rooftop bars, Midnight Noir brings a more curated, editorial energy to the city’s nightlife scene — where black-on-black design, dramatic skyline views, and fashion-inspired aesthetics create an atmosphere that feels both glamorous and distinctly Chicago.

Midnight Noir draws inspiration from global fashion capitals such as Paris, Milan, and New York, bringing a runway-inspired aesthetic to Chicago’s rooftop nightlife scene.

The result is a venue that feels less like a typical rooftop bar and more like a fashion-forward social lounge above the city.

Rooftop Skydomes for Chicago’s Winter Season

In addition to the lounge, Midnight Noir features a Skydeck with private seasonal Skydomes, available from November through April.


These heated, transparent rooftop domes allow guests to enjoy the skyline year-round while staying warm during Chicago’s colder months.

Inside the Skydomes, guests can enjoy:

Beginning opening weekend, Midnight Noir will introduce curated weekly programming designed to bring Chicago’s fashion, creative, and nightlife communities together.


Thursday Nights — Midnight Society

An upscale lounge night featuring house music, craft cocktails, and a stylish social atmosphere.


Saturday Nights — Noir Nights

High-energy DJ sets, VIP tables, and a vibrant rooftop nightlife experience overlooking the city skyline.


Programming runs from 8:00 PM to 1:30 AM, creating the perfect setting for late-night cocktails, music, and unforgettable skyline views.



A New Rooftop Destination on the Magnificent Mile

Located at The Chicago Hotel Collection Magnificent Mile, Midnight Noir sits steps from Michigan Avenue shopping, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and some of Chicago’s best dining and nightlife.
