Suspended high above the Mag Mile, our rooftop transforms into a warm winter hideaway where guests can sip, dine, and unwind inside their own private, glowing dome. With sweeping views and a cozy atmosphere, it’s the perfect blend of Chicago’s winter charm and our signature CHC hospitality.
Your Own Heated Winter Sanctuary
Each igloo is designed for comfort and style, accommodating 2–10 guests with plush seating, warm lighting, and skyline views in every direction. Protected from the elements yet fully immersed in the atmosphere, it’s an escape that feels intimate without losing the excitement of being high above downtown.
Inside, guests can enjoy a curated selection of chef-driven shareables ideal for group dining. Pair the dishes with cocktails crafted by our rooftop bar team — from seasonal classics to zero-proof creations — and you have a setting that feels special from the moment you step in.
For a nostalgic winter touch, the rooftop also offers fire-pit s’mores, adding a playful finish to your night as you take in the city lights.

On Friday and Saturday nights, the rooftop comes alive with live DJ performances, bringing a warm pulse to the space while the city glows below.
